The International Christian Coalition (ICCI) is a non-profit 501© 3 organization operating exclusively for religious, charitable, educational and distinct ecclesiastical purposes. ICCI is established with an ecclesiastical form of government. The primary purpose of our organization is to operate a coalition of Christian churches that will provide oversight and support to the member churches and ministers.

ICCI operates in accordance with all of the commandments and provisions as set forth in the Holy Bible, the irrevocable Word of God. The Coalition works under the direction of the Lord Jesus Christ and the leadership of the Holy Spirit, while it is managed by a Board of Trustees to make decisions affecting the Coalition business. Other activities and special meetings are conducted by its Executive Committee.

ICCI holds its annual meeting in December to further develop its mission and enhance the delivery of its services. Future meetings will provide opportunities for valuable seminars, opportunities for fellowship and networking with other members, as well as, special sessions with dynamic and inspiring speakers. The major decisions of the Coalition will be conducted during the business sessions.

This Coalition is not organized, nor shall it operate, for pecuniary gain or profit, and it does not contemplate the distribution of gains, profits, or dividends to its members. ICCI is organized solely for non-profit purposes. The property, assets, profits and net income of this Coalition are irrevocably dedicated to charitable, educational and religious purposes. ICCI accepts voluntary contributions, special gifts of money and property for the further development of the Coalition’s work.
